  • Can we remove the threads? Yes for permanent, not for absorbable.
  • Are threads visible under the skin? Normally they aren’t even if they are blue, if they are at the correct depth.
  • Are threads sensitive under the skin? Normally they aren’t if they are at the right depth and if the skin is thick enough.
  • Can we implant these threads after a surgical facelift? Yes.
  • Can we practice a surgical facelift after threads? Yes.
  • Are there contraindicated treatments after implantation? Yes, laser hair removal on lifted areas, and the radio-frequency on the face.
  • Is this treatment available for men? Ideally, their thick skin is very favourable.
  • What is the cost of this intervention? From 1000 to 3000 Euros depending on the techniques, the tread and practitioners.
  • Is this intervention reimbursed by Social Security? No, it's pure aesthetic that collective coverage may not assume.
